Business Software Solutions
Why Work With Custom Information Services?
Custom Information Services (CIS) has been helping customers select the right business software application since 1989. CIS has reviewed many software packages over the years and have found that Dynamics GP and Sage PFW have the most features and functionality that our customers and prospects want and need without a lot of customization. Offering these two packages allows us to not only offer you with choices in the software selection process, it also allows CIS to focus its core competencies in two strong solutions. This ensures you get strong product knowledge and support from our team.
Our sales and consulting team are experts in the sale and implementation of solutions for companies that produce and distribute food, beverages, chemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical. Our other area of expertise is with complex accounting scenarios such as Inter company processing, centralized accounts payable and equity accounts. However this does not mean that if your company does not meet this criteria we can't help you, we have many customers in other industries. CIS has implemented software solutions and provide continued support in the following industries:

Our Sales Process
We understand that no two companies are alike and that you have specific business needs that need to be addressed in the software selection process. Our knowledgeable sales staff understands many industry requirements and can typically speak your language. We make a significant investment of time in understanding your business requirements at no charge to you. We do ask in return the opportunity to meet with your decision makers and have a firm commitment of a project budget as well as a decision timeframe.
Software Selection Steps
- Telephone introduction
- Understanding your business needs or a Discovery
(depending on your industry, this can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours)
- On site visit from software sales person with your management team
- Discuss business processes
- Walk through of facility
- Completion of any business specific questionnaires (such as sales commissions or customer pricing)
- Once our sales team completes this discovery, they review your business processes with a CIS consultant to make sure we have a solution that fits your needs.
- Discuss our solution at a very high level and provide you with budgetary software and implementation costs. If you agree with our assessment, we will move to the next step.
- Schedule a product demonstration that will provide you with the information you need to make a decision
- Provide a detailed solution proposal and references
